As an independent change management consultant, trainer and coach I love to focus on the people side of change. Whether at an organizational, team, or individual level, change is what motivates me. I have a strong belief in the potential talent in each organization to lead and succeed during change. I want to unlock that potential in everyone I work with.

I get energy from working with international and diverse teams and pride myself on being able to adapt and integrate quickly. My approach is sensitive yet results focused, playful yet pragmatic, supportive yet challenging. I ask the right questions to get things in continuous motion towards the end goal. 

At Naspers, an internet and entertainment group and one of the largest technology investors in the world I was responsible for the change and communication strategy for a large IT transformation. 

At Heineken I worked in the business (Sales) and at the International Headquarters in change management and as a trainer and coach (project and programme management, soft skills, change management training).

For team and personal development, I work together with Talent First, an Amsterdam based network of independent trainers and coaches.
